Empathy is what makes me passionate about user experience design. The connections you are able to forge with people - subject matter experts, cross-functional teams, your peers, and most importantly your users - is what makes the work so rewarding.  I am eager to hear new perspectives, solve unique problems, face outstanding challenges, and grow as a designer.
